Day 11

Had a good day yesterday. Got myself a nice jumper from next with the money i've saved, and wore it last night when i went to a few pubs for a couple (cough) of beers. Didn't get too drunk tho 'cos i knew I'd have to stay strong, 'cos its still early days. There were some difficult moments and strong craves but i came through unscathed and i'm well chuffed. Hangover's not that bad either...

Thanks guys.

I know its got me in the past and it was a struggle at times, i ended up ripping up a few beer mats just to keep my hands busy, it'll get better tho i expect.

hahaha like the beermat ripping.... i did that when i smoked! I am a cause for concern
