HI ALL
All is good. Well I haven't smoked or even been severely tempted. Hasn't been an easy day though so far. It's like I'm living in a 'Truman Show' dimension that exists just to stress me out.
Got woken up early by Mr. Lucifer next door who had decided he had one wall too many and the right step was to knock it down at 7am! Making as much noise as possible! Then some 'youths' held the chav olympics right outside my house, and to top it all i've got bad hayfever which is setting my asthma off. I'm actually looking forward to work!
