Day 2 again..

Just checking in-day 2 and all going well- having my little blip has meant that I only had afew fags after the hard work of 1 month so I'm not feeling too bad, though have the dentist tomorrow and I'm sure they'll be some treatment involved on the lovely receeding gums that are not great-one good thing they're not at the front. Still its better to quit now than later...when they all fall out

back to day 2 - but still not smoking , good on you for getting straight back to it

smoking has totally wrecked my teeth, I was totally gutted when the dentist told me that theres not much that can be done for me - really couldnt belive what i had done to myself, and didnt even know that smoking totally wrecks gums

well done, i found it really hard to get back on the wagon after starting again, it was almost as if i had to get it out of my system first, so credit to you,im on day 2 as well, tomorrow it will be almost half a week, then a week, thats how i think, it keeps me going!!
