It's not always been easy and there have been times when I've thought I could murder a cig now, but its so worth it especially for the milestones and obvious stuff like not stinking and that.
I'm hoping to be off the patches too in the next 2-3 weeks, and I'll cut the patches down with scissors in the last week, which Karri shown me the post on how to do it
Thanks, Daniel.

I'm following close behind you on day 25. Congrats to us!
I've just come back from a week at the seaside with my kids and grandkids. Stress nearly got the better of me at times and I had no internet so couldn't come here or to Quitnet (my other favourite non-smoking haunt). I survived it all though, even the nightmare train journey back.
Thanks Sue and you done very well getting through your stress without smoking you should be proud of yourself, I find it harder when I'm stressed too. I'm sure we'll meet again in month 2
