So Day 3 and plodding along nicely - as I said, these lozenges have been a life saver in these first few days of Hell Week. Anticipating a difficult weekend as there's nothing like having a beer in the sunshine while smoking your brains out!!! So the plan is to have a lozenge every hour or so when I'm having a beer and hopefully it'll help with the cravings
