its been 9 months yesterday sonce i smoked and i am going through such a stressful time as its 2nd year of my degree exam time...i have been so so strssed, yet not a craving in sight!

i feel like i have totally cracked it now!!!

Feeling like a proper non-smoker!

Jen- actually, it feels no different than being a smoker, i just dont smoke! I always thought than when i had quit, everything would be different if that makes sense, but actually nothing is different, i just dont have a ciggie in hand!!

BUT- i do feel MUCH healthier now!!
