Hey all hope you are well well here goes my reason to stop the first time started 9 months ago when i was rushed to hospital due to heart problems i ended up in resus came out of the hospital and snapped my ciggies up then i couple months later i tried a cig of my mate when i was out drinking well you know the rest that was the start. But last Thursday i thought enuf is enuf no more i thought to myself i dont want to end up in a coffin like my mum ( mum died of asthma attack feb 99 caused by smoking) and i want to live to see my son grow up so my reason for my quit is my son and my mum
