Hi everyone, I'm Alex. I gave up in November last year and I'm about to celebrate six months quit. My message to everybody here is that it is possible with a lot of determination and some gnashing of teeth, but things do get easier in time, for sure. Much is mind over matter though I'm sure you know that... There is no easy path to quitting. If I can make it then so can you. Good luck!

I've never heard of Belgian buns (please teach me?), but Belgian beer is always welcome especially when accompanied by a healthy helping of bratwurst and sauerkraut... Hmm, yummy stuff!
