Ha ... Day 11 and I am still a happy quitter ... yesterday I thought was going to be an easy day .. it was actually but in the evening I had a tiny battle with myself really ... it was not a craving as so to speak just this brain reasoning and thinking about the famous " ah... one can not harm " story ... YES IT DOES HARM and I resisted ... Maybe the Nicotine Monster was still not 100 % dead and just was screaming its last screams to me ... well I got thru it and I am actually very proud of me ... 
Its all about making the decision not to give in , and reminding yourself that it is just a few minutes where this battle takes place ... Breathe and have a Glass of Water ... it always helps ...
