This morning was pretty tough it's a good job I have no money or I think I would of went and got some. I always find the first morning with no cigs hard. Other than that since the patch started to work I've been fine.

Good for you Daniel. Just keep on struggling if you have to, the time will soon pass, as valien says just take it an hour at a time if need be. You'll get there mate. David
