Day 1

Hi everyone I'm back on day 1, I had 2-3 cigs this morning then went and got some patches from the chemist. I feel really positive about this quit, I know there will be obstacles like when my mates are smoking, but I've done it before I know the script lol. So that's it really I'll be posting daily through the first couple of weeks of my quit.

Good for you Daniel. Before you light up again, post on here why you think it's a good idea to smoke again, if you can think of a couple of good reasons (not excuses) I'll join you. Well done by the way on your decision. David

Thanks for the posts everyone, day 1 went ok. David that's a good idea I will post before I light up again, if I feel like I really want one.
