Greetings all, I have just completed four whole weeks and now looking forward to the future without those horrible sticks.
At least this time, I don't seemed to have as many cravings as usual, so I am convinced this is it!
Good luck

Yeah Congratulations & well done woody xxxx
You've done fab. Keep it going. Im not far behind you lol!!
Nice one woody!
I'm around the same time-scale as yourself and know it has'nt been easy getting this far. All my friends smoke so have avoided nights out for the past month although I managed a night in the pub over the holiday weekend without any temptation but I would prefer not to put my self in that position again for a while. I still get severe cravings every other day, one day it's fine the next is awful. I'm hoping that this will ease as time now goes on...
Well done Woody. I know I'm a bit late in responding and my previous quit attempt (when we were last speaking) went belly up. But, dare I say it, the penny seems to have dropped and I too have now completed 4 weeks. I'm looking forward to a holiday in 5 weeks time as a non smoker. Remember before - the thought of being away petrified me - now I'm looking forward to it
