thanks guys for all your kind words and the replies. my entire family and fiance decided to all bugger off on monday so still waiting to be whisked off my feet by my OH when he gets back and truely celebrate being halfway to penthouse.:)

mar.and65 i had abit of trouble finding something that could count days no of cigs etc. loads of apps for iphone but i finally found one program called quit time. it attached to my desktop on laptop so every time i go on computer i just click it and my stats all come up. Search for it in google. hope this helps :confused:
