Well done
Well done debbie n i stopped the same day as u. I feel proud apart from a blip saturday nite. Massive amounts of alcohol ended wit me arguing and fighting wit my friend til she gave me 5 puffs of her cigarette. She wouldnt let me finish. Id never blame her i gave her the ultimatum of giving me a cigarette r id buy them. So im trying to forget the blip havent coughed in 3 weeks and i was coughing yesterday morning again. That says enough reason to not let it happen again. Plus she took a photo of me to remind me. Blip is putting a bit of a downer on my 3 week achievement cos i feel like a cheat. Many here probably think i should put my counter back to day one??? Anyone else have a blip and wat did ye do? Did ye start ur quitcounters back to 1 again? Am i kidding myself?? Will i start getting bad withdrawal symptoms like week 1 again? Iv been ok so far...? Oh and i had forgotten my tablet which i think had a lot to do wit my humour/ craving saturday nite. I Took my tablet(champix) late but i think it was far too late and added to the weak resolve. Never want It to happen again. I dont want to turn to cigs when im drinking. Ooooh one day at a time sweet jesus lol
Congratulations Debbie
Today seems to be the day to celebrate milestones which makes it a wonderful day.
I shall eat a handful of mini eggs to celebrate for you
