yey guys Ive done it, sorry for lack of posting - few family problems atm sadly, though they have not caused me to go off track!

I have had a truly miserable day today (day 9), but am also looking forward to the weeks ahead and feeling better. today is my first time on the forum (i have never actually posted on a forum before) and I have found it so helpful, so do keep coming back, it is great to have people who are going through exactly the same thing and who understand how difficult it is.
