wow. I did it!! I been smoke free for 10 days. I've done everything I would do while smoking, but without a smoke. I went out Friday at 4 diff bars. everyone was smoking aground me, I did not care for it. I just had to many drinks. Thank you everyone for this site and keeping me busy.

Hey Buge, into double figures. Absolutely fantastic and sounding positive to boot. You have done really well just be on your guard for that sneakey little nicodemon he can creep up on you.
