Day 5 - grrrrrr

Good Morning All, well I am now at day 5....which I guess in itself is a great effort. This morning I have really been struggling especially earlier on, not sure if thats just an association I am having with smoking at that particular time of the day or what?....confident that I can make it through another day...then comes the weekend which is going to be tough but the resolve is there.

Hopefully wont bite anyone's head off while watching the football tomorrow !!!!
