Well, 2 weeks done and dusted. To be honest its been much better than i thought it would be. Im getting a bit of heartburn, a bit of a dicky tummy, nothing too bad. Iv started exercising more and my house is much tidier and cleaner.
Im really proud of myself because iv had a tough 2 weeks in my personal life (severe marital problems etc) and iv refrained from smoking. Is it too early to say im a non-smoker?

Well done Jo you should be really proud of yourself. I am 2 months tomorrow and I still can't say non smoker, but when I went to the dentist last week and said I stopped, she said tick the non smoker box that felt good.
well done to both of you,i am on day 15 today and i have found it tough this time but also have a lot of stress on at the moment and i know is causing me to feel the way i do,just keep telling myself that the ciggies will not change anything and trying to be positive,i am using patches but have bought some lozenges in the low strength to also help me through,i don,t know if this is a good thing or not but at least i have not given in,i am so trying to get on with everything but feel some days theres nothing you can do but stick with it and hope tomorrow is a better day,so once again well done and more so when there are added stresses in your life,we can do thisxx

Hi Jo, well done for coping under the stress. I too have had a stressful few months with medical problems to both mine and the OH parents, so for me to go this long without cracking is great.
It is never too early to say your a non-smoker as long as that's how you feel. Your not smoking, so you are a non-smoker!!
