Really pleased today, I have heard and read about the dreaded 3s and was not looking forward to today at all, even considered phoning into work sick and hiding away in bed. But, it wasn't bad at all, when I got techy I brushed my teeth, ate sweets and walked the dog. Do you know I think I am going to do it this time
