Tried packing in the habit for New Years... lasted 2 weeks completely off the smokes and fell into the nasty idea that a 'few a night' wouldn't hurt and by 6 weeks I was on 15-20 a day (when previously I was only smoking 10)
So day 3 again and it's a lot harder this time. The last 48 hours I've felt depressed, anxious, angry.... guess it's normal and will only get better in time.
Even considering looking at getting an electronic cigarette to ease the process.

Good Luck, Just keep thinking positive. You did it before Deep breaths and exercise does help. Even one minute running in place does the trick!! We'll keep each other going!

Yes it's normal well done on day three and going for it again. At least this time you know it can't even be one puff.
