Hi Steveo

When I lay down at night to go to sleep - I always had to have few good coughs.

And still my breathing had a few 'mouth organ' sounds to it.

I smoked for 52 years - and only packed in at the beginning of March this year.

But - within days - my breathing was easier - and it made less noise.

There are some difficult aspects to giving up cigarettes - but one of the very positive things for me has been the improvement in breathing - particularly when trying to get to sleep.

No more Bob Dylan harmonica sounds - just easy, and quiet, breathing in and out.

Hope you get the same breathing benefits that I've had.

Good luck, the breathing improvements are amazing, I can now walk up hills without struggling to catch my breath :)
