Well 75 days and still going strong

Hi all sorry not been on much over past few weeks - well i am on day 75 and still going strong.

To be honest i thought i would of not got this far but i have surprised myself really.

I have saved £700 so far so that is a great bonus as well and to top it of i go on hols in 4 weeks that has come round to quick.

I still having the sudden urges but i still use inhalatoir now and then but gonna cut out next week if i can.

Hope you are all doing well and not given into the nico demon.....xxxxx
