Well my first day without the ciggies and its been fine. I feel absolutely great, get the odd thought but it passes. No bad moods (thankfully). Im just really pleased with myself.
Fingers crossed tonight is the same and then day 2 tomorrow i will tackle with the same attitude. Bloody wonderful.
