LOL - Love the enthusiasm in the title! It's like when you find an extra large crisp in a packet and you just HAVE to tell someone!

However, this is MUCH more important than a mutant potato - 100 days is amazing! I know lots of people that have really turned a corner then and I hope you're still feeling as good about your quit as ever :)

Congrats :)

Fantastic and well done Hells, for me 100 days was a real turning point, I started to feel much more confident in my quit, the really bad craves and triggers were things of the past.

There is a poll lurking somewhere for 100 day quitters.

100 days is considered to be a real turning point statistically so trebelly well done.

Thanks guys :)

I honestly never thought I'd reach this milestone. It's been so tough at times, but like you say I do feel like I've turned a corner.

It's not that I don't have bad days or stray thoughts/obsessive moments. I do. But because I know I've beaten them before, I know I can beat them again and they don't fill me with fear and loathing like they used to. And they're few and far between - most of the time these days I'm fine. I still know that one cigarette would be the end of my quit, and I can't imagine anything that would induce me to go back to that prison.

I feel immeasurably healthier - most noticeably I used to cough ALL THE TIME and now I hardly ever cough at all. My breathing is so much clearer, I don't need to use my inhalers any more. I can't believe I put my poor asthmatic lungs through so much. What a bloody idiot I was.

I'm so happy. I can stop counting in days now :D

Congrats to you, Helen :)

100 days really is something 'extra' as an early milestone. Very satsifying, very strenghening.

Every day is an achievement but the 100th day had something 'extra' about it.

Great work, great posts .... great quit

Look forward to seeing you celebrate your 4th Month quit next.

Absolutely fantastic, I can see the same positiveness I had at 100 days,

Do you realise everyone that is over 3 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's great to see the support coming to you that I had at that time. You are well on your way so be as bad tempered as you like for the next 100 days as long as you don't smoke. :D:D
