Wow, well done Alfie. I'll be a week tomorrow but it isn't easy. Today has been my toughest day. Got so peed off by someone at work this afternoon and went straight to the shop to buy a packet but managed to calm down enough to not go through with it. Really feeling the strain and if it wasn't for the psychological desire / need to get to that one week mark I probably would have caved today. Just hoping I can find some super strength tomorrow to see me through this rough patch.

Keep cool, I had my first game at the Arsenal without smoking on Sat. Was bloody hard, actually didn't mind standing behind people lighting up so I could have a passive or two! Keep it up, I got thru fine in the end. Even had awful train mess up abd kept cool.
