day two has dawned, i'm patchfree as yet as i thought i'd put it on just before going out this afternoon, so just now i've got that nicotine hangover type craving, but mild, still making me a bit irritable though but .... it will pass best wishes fellow day twoers

You can do it - soon you'll be a da y three-er
And once the nicotene withdrawal is over, get yourself right back into month six!!
I'm so glad you didn't see those few fags as the end of your quit, and that you have climbed right back on the wagon. Gladder than I can say. I know how tough it's been for you and I think you're showing incredible strength. I'm proud of you xxx
so happy that you are here!! i know its hard but IT NEEDS TO BE DONE!! all the best for a good final quit! i know that you can do it! believe in yourself and you will get throught the rough patches!! take it easy
just couldn’t get out of bed this morning, neighbours kept me awake last night though really they didn’t make a whole lot of noise! probably a mouse in the garden would have kept me awake!
anyway thought of having a cig as I knew the endorphine rush would get me going and I have things to do dammit then I remembered that exercise gives an endorphine rush, ten (painful, oh my creaking bones!) sit-ups later and I jumped out of bed faster than I have in years  I have to say I’m quite surprised, but then I also had put on the half fat patch so perhaps it was that too….
Gladder than I can say
so happy that you are here!!
you know a funny thing, nicodemon had been telling me you would all be pissed with me for being such a drama queen and stuff, so guess s/he was wrong again, have you noticed that too, how nicodemon always seems to be wrong!!!
Well done, have only just caught up with your posts. You have done brilliant to be back here posting so quickly
