Just wanted to say a big thank you to everybody on this forum for all the support and praise I’ve been given and hope that I’ve helped some of you too. I can’t believe I’ve gone this long without smoking or nicotine as I haven’t got this far in a long time. I know that I’m not out the woods yet though and I always have to stay strong but being able to come on here has really helped. Thank you all!
