45 days and all is well so far

Hi all wee 45 days in and more or less cold turkey using inhalator a few times a day only now.

Just feeling really tired and irritable at the moment which seems to be getting bit better.

I could quite easily pick up a cig and light it sometimes but I seems to get stronger day by day.

I am on day 47 and feeling exactly the same emma. I do feel stronger but what what keeps me going is that I don't want to spoil it....
