DAY 1 Update

HI all its my first day today on stoping smoking been on the cigs for over 15 years on 20 a day and have to say i have had enough of it so it's time to quit

I am on 15mg Nicorette invisi patch + Nicorette inhalator

Have to say i know its only day 1 but i am doing ok

Well guys i will keep you all upto date and roll on day 2

Keeping everything else normal helps and why not have a drink or two if you're fine about that.
