;)Its 4 weeks now and I feel brilliant. I have had to stop using the patches as they were irritating my skin quite bad. To be honest I am not even craving or nothing. My 8yr old son is well chuffed with me. I cant even stand the smell of smoke now specially when standing in the queue in the supermarket and some1 next to me stinks of fags.:rolleyes:
