Anyone else having wierd dreams?

I have been having dreams with my smoking in them, which have been most strange and rather disconcerting. I wondered if anyone has had the same thing?

Hey Pigs,

Yes, its a very common occurance in people who have given up smoking. I will be 8 weeks on Friday and I still have weird dreams every night. It did stop for a while but is now back with a vegence lol. They are not always bad dreams but i do get the smoking dream a lot and wake up feeling so guilty. From what I read the more oxygen is your blood stream increases brain activity while you are asleep and therefor you will have vivid dreams.

yes having weird dreams but mine are all about dead people think im going mad

yeah the dreams are crazy am 170 days smoke free and still have the odd mental dream of smoking.its just your mind healing its self i think so your not the only one hope this helps.joe
