How do you know when to change the cartridge? Is it obvious that it's not working?

Been using mine on and off today (two or three draws ever few hours). Will I need to change it tomorrow?

Thanks :)

Well the instructions say each cartridge provides you with about 20mins worth of puffs so you'd have to work out how many cigs that was for you (dependant on how you smoked them).

To be honest i'd try to use the inhalator as little as possible as you don't want to swap one habit for another (although this one won't kill you).

Use it more as a comfort blanket ie when the cravings are so bad that you may cave in then have a few puffs (just like others may have a bit of nico gum) it's not cheating and it's keeping you in the quit zone but it's up to you how you use it as it's your quit and you know best what suits you.

Using it this way though then you'll be surprised how little you use it over a period of time as the cravings get less then so will your use of the inhalator.

I last changed my cartridge 2 weeks ago and have used it a couple of times for about 10 seconds.

Good Luck

Years ago, whilst considering a quit that never got started, I was given an inhaler and cartridges by local pharmacy.

Found them by accident in October 09 (beginning of current quit) threw the cartridges away as way out of date and used the inhaler empty .... it helped :) Found the hand to mouth action just reminded me of smoking binned that after a few days.

I'd personally leave a long gap as comfortable with between replacements .... but then I'm talking retrospectively :)

Wishing you well with your quit,

Pol
