irrating cravings, is anyone each getting them??

Hi Vicki, thank god it's not just me.

Getting loads of really annoying cravings, they're not like they used to be ie "i could kill for a ciggie" but these are so annoying

Yup, I got them around then too... veeery frustrating... like a mosquito in your bedroom in the middle of the night when all the windows are closed and you're just thinking 'where could that possibly have come from?!?!'

Ride them out, it gets better

I've been fine for the last two or three days, but had a rough few days prior to that. Just waiting for the next lot to hit.

Like Pete says, they're not the real screamers they used to be, and I'm able to grit my teeth and get through them fine, but... yeah. Bloody annoying.

Still. Not enough to make me cave, not now my life is so drastically improved. Up yours, nicodemon

thank god for that, thought it was just me!!! as you guys know, I have been on a diet too... I had a KFC this evening, thought sod it, I am not super woman! No fags for 8 weeks, or enjoyable food for 6 week was starting to make me miserable... plus side tho, lost nearly a stone and am an EX smoker, so its not all bad! for once I have stuck to my new years resolutions with steely determination (with the exception of the KFC tonight, although, I did only have the chicken, no fries )
