Smoking Dreams!

Hiya!

Day 20 I believe it is...well I smoked my last at 11.30pm 31/1....and have seemingly lost track. That's good!

Keep having smoking dreams EVERY NIGHT even though I haven't thought about it that much in the day. I wake up quite relieved I haven't smoked.

Anyone having the same??

congrats on 20 days iv been quit for 51 days and prob had about 10 smoking dreams...my last one being last nite!! its funny when i did smoke i never smoked in my dreams and now that i quit i do....weird... keep up the quit...ur doing great!!

Hey Coralie - well done on your 3 weeks first of all!

That's weird having smoking dreams all the time - are you glad when you wake up and it's just a dream?

Maybe cos you have found a way to not think about it during the day - it comes out at night? I really just made that up - no idea if that theory holds any water:rolleyes:

Not doing that thank goodness, must be awful.

Did dream about Mars Bars when I was on a diet once. weird 'cos I don't even like them!

Cheap and healthy way to smoke though!
