Hi does anyone suffer from restless legs during there quit.

I did for ages - I put it down to increased circulation, but don't know if that's true or not.

I just used the restless energy and walked or biked.

Yes Joan, I got restless legs when I stopped. There is now a treatment for it if it continues, it is really annoying and difficult to get to sleep with. Something you can try is getting up and walking for a minute or two, exercising your legs in the evening helps too.

I have got it too. Only really in the evenings tho' once you sit down to slob out on the sofa - or in bed. Presume it will ease in time.

I have just found out that RLS can actually be made worse and even caused by dehydration which is quite common when we quit smoking because when we smoke we do tend to drink more and when we quit we find that drink is a trigger so we cut back, try drinking 4 pints of water every day and see if it helps.
