The last time I posted here I was preparing to quit. (Look back over previous posts)

I can proudly say I have been stopped smoking now for 6 weeks and 4 days! Woohoo..

I couldn't do it without my patches and the nasal spray and the true support of my smoking nurse. Get one if you haven't!

Woot to all the other non smokers too! Never give up, giving up!

Rrrrr well done katy, i bet your so proud of yourself hun, Its hard at first isnt it but after time it gets a little easier!
