Reached another milestone, toady is my 40th day off the fags, really cant believe Ive gone this long. Have amazed even myself and nearly three weeks nicotine free! Going for another run after work tonight in training for my 10K in June and feeling great about it. Stay on track!

Hey dave - Well done! and what a fantastic outlet for all of this new energy and oxygen!

I'm thinking about building up to 10K as well (for the end of the summer though!)... Let me know of any serious muscle pain I can be expecting in the near future

Its well worth it, great way of getting fit, I love running. I alwats spend lots of time warming up so never get any lol, apart from my calfs. If you go on lucozade.com they have a place for 10K and can sort you out a training plan and theres loads of advice on thier.
