....until today when after a shocking nights sleep full of anxious dreams ,I dragged my butt (pun unintended )out of my pit and ran and ran and ran ,snorting blowing and puffing (intended) all the way into town and back , then when i got back , I had a warm bath and scrubbed hard following that, you know what ; standing there in the mirror, was a recovering one! thanks everyone x
