Day 30 Officially a month and really pleased....

Hi all well a month has arrived for me and i am really please with myself.

I am more a less old turkey now as i gave up on patches as kept falling off and i have had a few puffs on my inhalator but other than that i feel ok.

My main problem i find is wanting a cig when i drive so i tend to have my inhaltor with me just in case.

I was saying to a friend earlier when i gave up b4 it was down to me being ill with swine flu so i couldnt smoke so i just gave up but was intrigued when i went back to work as everyone else smoked.

Now i have chose to give up and the feeling is much more different.

Just wanted to ask but has anyone experienced having nose bleeds at all since gave up????

Only had a small one few days ago just didnt know if was related to giving up...

Hi Emma

I had a nose bleed shortly after giving up, I was trying to nick a box of smokes from a doorman at the time though!!

Seriously though, no nose bleeds for me.
