Nearly finished week 2 and cant wait to move into week 3

Doing ok, I stopped using patches after 7 days and didnt notice any change. Just using inhalator when I need to, only a couple of times a day

Well done, I'm just into week 3. So I know you can do it.

I'm still taking one day at a time and sometimes I wonder what the fuss was all about and why didn't I do this years ago, other times however, i really crave a bit of my old friend Nico!!!

Keep up the good work and remember there is plenty of support on this forum!

I know what you mean, sometimes I cant believe I have wasted so much of my time, health and wealth on cigs and other times (especially weekends) I would walk over hot coals to have one !

Remember, when you are having that craving for Nico, just where you have come from and it would be such a waste to give in now, that's what getting me through I suppose.

At week 1, I really wanted to make week 2 and so on, if that makes sense
