Thank you everyone for your kind words.

Jut completed my week 15 today and TBH have almost caved in

yesterday and today. A friend had left some cigarettes on my table and

I was SO tempted to light one up. I got as far as picking the packet up

but somthing stopped me from opening them up.

I have put on so much weight since I stopped but can not motivate myself

to get active or even cut down on eating.

Big Sigh.........

Bloody fags, you were on top of the world a few days ago and now in the depth's again, its the nico rollercoaster.

I feel the same as you about the weight, I had a photo taken this week and was caught off guard, even my husband asked who it was, not me for sure!! I am starting to sort out the weight and started Weight Watchers this week, 3 lbs off after my first weigh in today.

There are loads of us here who understand exactly where your head is, cos we are there too.

Ive not been on here for a bit. My quit is still going strong and hopefully that was just a blip.

Well done on the weight loss. I AM going to get my head together and really kick in the diet now I have the fags under control.

TBH I would rather be fat and smoke free than thin and a smoker but Losing weight Pffft easy peesy against what we have just managed to do
