so im in the ladies room at work and someone says to me "please tell me you have a lighter" so i said "no im sorry i dont". so she said "i thought that you smoked" then i told her that i dont anymore & and she said "oh well i need a cig so bad and im going crazy looking for a lite!!" i was so happy inside and i remembered that not that long ago that was me. as hard as it gets sometimes, these moments of feeling so proud of myself and so free from this smoking obsession are so worth it, not to mention feeling much better and healthier physically hope everyone remembers to be proud of themselves and keep moving foward toward a better life!!
grateful: so im in the ladies room at work... - No Smoking Day
grateful
yes, in a way its difficult not to think thank goodness there are still hopelessly addicted smokers in the world! even if just to remind us what we have managed to escape from!
i wonder if one day everyone will stop smoking, imagine being the last person to quit!

Congrats on quitting and also well done for sounding so up beat about it, I was so happy the first time I said I dont smoke but I cant even remember why I said it think it was some one in the street asking for a cig.
Keep reminding yourself why you have quit it helps to keep you focussed and a non smoker.
