Hey,

yeah got exactly the same. My mouth is sore also not forgetting the horrible heartburn every night :-). This giving up smoking is great isnt it :-)

Anyway, i have read up about this and all these symptoms should be done and dusted in a few weeks! Then we shall see the benefits.

Keep up the good work!

The obvious answer is to pop to your GP.

However, I got flippin terrible spots all over and I've NEVER had spot. I never got teenage acne or anything like that and only got a bit spotty during pregnancy. But quit smoking and my chin and nose - covered!

It's calmed down now and all I can say is I went through a really greasy stage. Not overly obvious but it was causing havoc. It was as if my skin needed to re-adjust. Three months in now and all sorted.

Regarding your nose, that could be a spot in there. Although I did have a little blood loss on blowing my nose, even gently, for a short while but that also settled on it's own. It wasn't enough to see anyone about though. However, I had no pain at all...

If you are at all worried go see your doctor :)
