i am really liking my dreams [apart from the smoking ones]
i used to suffer awful nightmares regularly and dreaded going to sleep but my patches are giving me normal vivid dreams about normal stuff most of the time
i have read since that smoking can cause nightmares so maybe thats wat caused the nightmares before, maybe i actually read that ages ago and dismissed it to justify smoking
