Been quit for about five months now and doing alright just one mistake earlier on.
quit after bad chest infection which just was terrible. Couldn't smoke during it so continued to stay quit.
Wanted to say hi, i've been lurking and thought I would sign up. A lot of my mates smoke so it's nice sometimes to read stuff to help me stay not smoking.

Thank you it's been tough at times and i smoked a few cigarettes on a night out ealry on and felt really angry but I know I'm too young to feel like I did when I had the infection and never want to feel like that again. No more smokes for me.
