well, doesn't seem a month today, but has that gone quick, fleeting thoughts of a ciggy at times and sometimes can imagine having a real hard drag on a fag. Got this far and cant imagine turning back or ever wanting too. Gave up CT and i know that it was the best way for me personally as i needed to get the nicotine out of the system as soon as possible. Only issues i have experienced is not sleeping as well, was bad enough before quit at on 4-5 hours a night but now waking before the alarm which goes of a 5am. Well keep well all and hope to see you all still going strong next month when i will update.
