Oh dear! I feel for you, we all have days like this. SO glad you didn't cave. It really isn't worth it.

I recommend chocolate. Lots of chocolate. :D

Hope you feel better soon x

Just do what ever you need to do to remain smoke free! You have come so far it would be a real shame to throw it away now!!

Feeling a bit better now, thank goodness!! Took 10 very deep breaths and a little cry, its kind of strange as i have had really bad cravings today even though i am still on the same dosage of patches! Ah well onwards and upwards as they say! Well done to u guys... Is that been 2 months? Does it get easier? x

it definately gets easier wen i had lots of bad days and not many good i never thought it would get better but it does.

i always went for a walk wen i had a real bad time it always help and got my head abit straighter. i have a few posts on here simply saying having a bad day going for a walk.

also read on here read read read it takes your mind off the cravings and re educates your mind to be smoke free

Absolutely, what Boo says. From about day 15 to day 30 of my quit I was going bonkers, assuming I should be over the worst, but feeling absolutely crappy. I had to go for long walks, I cried lots, and if it hadn't been for this place I know I would have caved. BUT...

I AM SO GLAD I DIDN'T

Because I came out the other side, and I feel so, *so* much better now. I still think about smoking and I still have craves sometimes but it's a million times easier. The bad days are much fewer and further between. Now I'm not disappearing up my own bum with the cravings and frustration I'm able to recognise the huge improvements in my health, and they're so fantastic, I'd never imagined I could feel so much better.

I'm so glad I stuck it out. It is hard, but it's worth it. Please don't cave, the view is immeasureably better just a little further down the road, I promise.

H x
