Hi folks,

Am still going strong, despite some big stress over the last few days... only craving maybe once a day, if that.

Hows everyone else doing??

I'm doing fine! Fifty days today. There was a point when I wondered if I'd ever be in control of the cravings but I really feel better now. I do still get them, but I'm about the same - maybe once a day. And now the physical benefits are really starting to kick in, so I ride the cravings out with much more confidence and determination than I had before.

I can breathe so much better, it's astonishing. I can smell so much better, it's like a new world. I smell fresher, I look better. So though I do still 'miss' it sometimes, I know I'd have to be a complete idiot to throw this all away.

Now I just need to curb my newfound obsession with food, and it'll be plain sailing all the way :D

I have had a result there too... have lost 9 pounds in 3 and a half weeks.... I want to get my body back to what it was the day I quit last time, 9 stone 10 lbs ish... that would make me so happy, and I am gonna get there, just like giving up the fags.

You obviously learnt about what went wrong in your last quit and fixed it, that's really great :D
