Day 36

Just got back from a hen weekend with the girls and was drinking from Friday through until Monday and didn't have one cigarette.

I'm soooo proud of myself. I was really worrying before I went but now I feel great!!!

All I Kept thinking was how dissapointed I would feel the next day if I had smoked and that got me through. Had a couple of strong cravings but not enough to make me actaully smoke. It was really funny because a few of the girls smoke and they had to keep going outside and it was freezing and when they come back in they stunk of stale smoke. Can't believe I used to smell like that and didn't even realise?
