I haven't been on for a couple of months, but had to log on when i realised it was such a massive milestone.

Hope there are some of the old Fab Febbers still with me??

To all you newbies reading ahead..... it's hard to start with but it does get easier. I'm not just saying that either. I thought about "wanting" a cigarette for the first time in about 3 months last week when i had a car crash. Then the new improved me thought, I'll still have just had a car crash and written off my car whether i have a cigarette or not. So didn't. After i'd stopped shaking i didn't think about it again, and haven't since!

Anyway, i really hope everyone is well, sorry for only dropping in once in a while, but i can honestly say this site replaced my nicotine addiction for the first few months, and without it i wouldn't be posting here now, so thanks to each and every one of you who have supported me on my smoke free journey.

Thank you Pol, I had to duck out of the forums for a while as I had to forget about smoking completely as I was wavering a bit. But I'm OK now and look forward to year 2 and hope I can keep it together.
